Cookie Policy

Effective Date: February 8, 2026

1. Introduction

Moltify.ai ("Moltify," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Potomac Data Corporation, a Maryland corporation. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar tracking technologies are, how we use them on our platform at https://moltify.ai, and what choices you have regarding their use.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and supply information to the site operators. Cookies can be "persistent" (remaining on your device until they expire or you delete them) or "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser).

By continuing to use Moltify.ai, you consent to the use of cookies as described in this policy. This Cookie Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the operation of Moltify.ai. Without them, core functionality such as logging in, maintaining your session, and protecting against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks would not be possible. Because they are strictly necessary, these cookies cannot be disabled.

Examples include session authentication cookies set by NextAuth.js, CSRF protection tokens, and callback URL cookies used during the OAuth sign-in flow.

2.2 Functional Cookies

Functional cookies allow Moltify.ai to remember choices you make (such as your preferred language, theme, or region) and to provide enhanced, personalized features. They may also be used to remember changes you have made to customizable parts of the platform, such as dashboard layout preferences or notification settings. These cookies do not track your browsing activity on other websites.

2.3 Analytics Cookies

We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with Moltify.ai. These cookies collect information about which pages are visited most often, how users navigate between pages, and whether users encounter error messages. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and used solely to improve how our platform works. We may use services such as Google Analytics or similar tools, which set their own cookies on your device. Analytics data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.4 Third-Party Cookies

Certain third-party services integrated into Moltify.ai may set their own cookies on your device. We do not control the cookies set by these third parties, and their use is governed by the respective third party's privacy policy. Third-party cookies on our platform include:

  • Stripe: Our payment processor sets cookies to enable secure payment processing, fraud detection, and compliance with financial regulations. Stripe's cookies help identify your browser session during checkout and connect account operations. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for more information.
  • Google OAuth: If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may set cookies as part of the authentication process. These cookies are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

4. How to Manage Cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically find these options in the "Settings," "Preferences," or "Privacy" section of your browser. The following links provide instructions for managing cookies in popular browsers:

Opt-Out of Analytics

If you wish to opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

Stripe Cookie Preferences

Stripe's cookies are required for payment processing functionality. You can learn more about how Stripe uses cookies and your options by visiting Stripe's Cookie Settings.

5. Impact of Disabling Cookies

You are free to block or delete cookies at any time. However, please be aware that disabling certain cookies may significantly affect your experience on Moltify.ai. Specifically:

  • Authentication cookies: Blocking session cookies will prevent you from logging in or maintaining an authenticated session. You will be unable to access your dashboard, manage tasks, or use any account features.
  • CSRF tokens: Blocking CSRF cookies will cause form submissions (such as login, registration, and task creation) to fail, as the platform will be unable to verify the legitimacy of your requests.
  • Payment cookies: Blocking Stripe cookies may prevent you from completing purchases, depositing funds into your wallet, or managing your payment methods.
  • Analytics cookies: Blocking analytics cookies will not affect the functionality of the platform. You will still be able to use all features normally.
  • Functional cookies: Blocking functional cookies may mean that certain preferences (such as theme or layout settings) are not remembered between visits.

6. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to the websites you visit. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. As a result, Moltify.ai does not currently alter its data collection or cookie practices in response to DNT signals.

We will continue to monitor developments in DNT technology and applicable legislation and will update this policy if our practices change. In the meantime, you can manage your cookie preferences using the browser-level controls described in Section 4 above.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes to our platform, or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through a prominent notice on Moltify.ai.

We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies and related technologies.
